2. LEADERSHIP & TEACHER RECRUITMENT

3. XSEED CURRICULUM (PLAYGROUP TO GRADE VII) INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP & INNOVATIVE TEACHER TRAINING
  XSEED is a comprehensive teaching-learning program that delivers visibly superior learning for children – forming the core academic 'software' that powers your school.
This comprises:
Leadership & Teacher Training – Interventions comprising of Certificate of Innovative Teaching, Certificate of Instructional Leadership for the Academic Head
Curriculum – Curriculum in the form of the academic plan and lesson plans covering 134 Modules (Playgroup – Grade VII).
Student Workbooks – Workbooks for the children which will contain worksheets and assessments
List of equipments/manipulatives/books, rubrics for assessment and report templates
A one day XSEED orientation workshop for parents
4. SCHOOL SET UP
  Plans for class décor, resources, furniture and fixtures and classroom setup
School/ Classroom Management expertise
Advice on layout/plans for learning spaces

5. BRAND AND MARKETING COLLATERAL
 
Create school name, logo and tagline (promise). Developing Marketing Collaterals including school brochure, website et al.
Design the marketing & communication strategy (media plan, advertisement)
6. ADMISSIONS & PARENTS
  a. Coaching admissions team on media liaison, parent communication. Design and model admission process
b. Set up model classrooms
c. Conduct parent workshop. Train the principal and teachers for ongoing parent communication

7. ONGOING SUPPORT
  The following activities will be carried out on an ongoing basis:
a. Leadership & Teacher Recruitment – Recruiting specialists and making up for attrition, if any.
b. Professional Development & Training – Classroom Observation and Feedback by designated coaches, co-create the teacher appraisal process and facilitate implementation
c. XSEED Curriculum updates & Training – Training based on needs assessment by designated coaches, Innovative Teacher Training for new batch of teachers and refresher training for instructional leaders.
d. Yearly Marketing and Media Plan
e. Parent communication and workshops
f. Updates and continuous improvement to pedagogy, processes and other deliverables, as stated above.
