Having worked with
400 School Heads, 5000 teachers and 30,000 children,
iDiscoveri has developed ‘XSEED’ - an integrated
teacher training and curriculum program for schools.
XSEED is scientifically designed, keeping in mind how
children learn best. It draws from Western and Eastern
educational philosophy like the works of Sri Aurobindo,
Howard Gardner, J. Krishnamurthy, Reggio Emilia, Maria
Montessori and most importantly our own work with children
over the past eleven years. It also draws heavily from
child development theory and brain research.
